1. Digital Products (Games, Downloadable Content, Software)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You experience a verified technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as intended.

  • The product was purchased in error and has not been downloaded or accessed.

  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical merchandise (such as apparel, collectibles, or printed materials), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
