Thank you for shopping with Redwood Realms Studios. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced through 3D printing, processing times may vary depending on order size and complexity.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Redwood Realms Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Redwood Realms Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
